Policy:

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

1. All sales are final.  NO REFUNDS
2. Members must be 18 years of age or older. - NO EXCEPTIONS
   Photo ID with birth date REQUIRED to purchase a membership and to check into the club. (ID must be government issue.)
3. 1 Month Guest Members MUST have at least one of the following:
   • VALID out-of-state PHOTO ID  ( Current Driver's License or ID Card )
   • Foreign Passport [not US]
   • Military ID
4. Club Z IS NOT responsible for lost or stolen items.
5. Absolutely NO drugs or alcohol on premises
   (Bags will be checked upon entering.)
6. Holidays are subject to weekend prices (management will determine this for each holiday).
7. No feminine attire or make-up.

Reasons For Being 86'd (banned from club)

1. Use of drugs or alcohol (Bags will be checked upon entering club)
2. Sales of drugs
3. Destruction of Club property
4. Theft of any kind
5. Harassment of staff or other Club members
